Your bunnies are cute and BIG! You’ve probably been asked this a bazillion times….and answered it two bazillion times. Are they fixed? How long do domesticated rabbits live? Most rabbits I’ve seen are always in cages, these two look cute out there in the yard.

  They are only about 4-5 pounds (dwarf rabbits). Although both are male, the veterinarian recommended they be neutered as otherwise they would fight, so they were both fixed during their first year. I’ve read that pet rabbits have a 6-8 year lifespan in warm climates (like ours).

    Thank you for telling me about your rabbits. They look content and happy. I have seen a lot of unhappy rabbits in cages and just wondered. I appreciate you answering my questions.
